    Not very intelligent to advertise this without telling us how to obtain it. It is not on Amazon and not mentioned on the SHS website.

    It took me a few days to get around to update the site, but the pamphlet can now be obtained from

    SHS members will be receiving them through the post in the next few days. I'm taking a few minutes out from stuffing envelopes to write this...
