The next seminar in the autumn series of LSHG seminars at the Institute of Historical Research is on Monday November 5th
Dan Gordon [Edge Hill] will speak on 'Immigrants & Intellectuals: May 1968 and the rise of anti-racism in France'.
The
seminar starts at 5.30pm and is jointly held with the Modern French
History seminar so it is in room G37 on the Ground Floor of the South
Block of Senate House
I
appreciate that neither the time or the London location is convenient
for all and we have started via the IHR to podcast seminars where
possible. Unfortunately Dan Gordon's
seminar will not be podcast [but you can read his book!]
However
the podcast from the seminar on 15th October when George Paizis spoke
on his new translation of Victor Serge's Memoirs of a Revolutionary is
